The 4-mix engine combines advantages of two stoke and four stoke engines to reduce emissions and produce a higher torque. These machines are suitable for use by the heavy domestic market or the commercial contractor. The engine benefits from automatic decompression making the machine easier to start. The air filter system is designed for periods of extended use between cleaning. All Stihl cow horn brushcutters come complete with a Stihl Autocut head and a metal blade. This machine also has the benefit of a very comfortable harness. These are extremely hard working machines and should not be compared to inferior products.
